I am not so sure about what you say.No doubt the mind and attitude contribute to backwardness,but the conditions in our country is still backward for substantial lot of our people.This is to be changed for the better.
Aren't the people of a country representing the country as a whole. here, i am referring to the country as just a land. we, the government, the citizens who are much more privileged should try to help the backward communities in bringing up their status. And also help them improve their living conditions. Easier said than done, but atleast we can try to do whatever we can.
