If a person's words or actions are very stressful, one show either let them know about it, or, they should be avoided.

    The former is ineffective in most cases and the latter is preferable except for family members.

      I really want to, and theoretically, do agree with your point. Ana so have I quoted this quote. But when experiencing the same, I am unable to avoid anyone when they approach me, no matter how rude they are, even if I hardly know the person. and nor do i always succeed in letting them know where they are wrong. makes me feel like a whimp
