Sugar and fat in junk food is as bad to anybody, as sex and violence is for a young kid.

    I am not a fan of sugar and fat for kids but now and then I love some for myself ....chocolate is my weakness ...

      Yes margie, you are right! :) no matter how much we try to avoid it, we can't for go our cravings for chocolates and ice creams :)
