I am not sure,Archana.Even a person with low social status or a very poor man can still rank high in etiquette while a man with great social standing can be boorish and lack etiquette.Etiquette is consideration for others and is a trait inborn or cultivated.
Inborn and cultivated etiquette are two different things,each one of which makes a big difference. Those people who can accept who they are and where they come from, are exceptions. Most peoples behavior reflects their background because of all the greed, jealously, selfishness and other things they are exposed to in life.
